Avocado Toast with Hard-Boiled Egg

Equipment

  • 1 Small Pot
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife / Utensils
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Plate

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sliced Seeded Rye Bread *Or any bread of your choice that works best for you!
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 5 Dashes Hot Sauce or Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Dash Ground Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Fully submerge the two eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  • Once the pot is boiling, turn to low/medium and set the timer for 9 minutes.
  • Once the timer is up, place the eggs in a large bowl of cold water to cool down.
  • Add your favorite toast to the toaster!
  • Slice your avocado and add desired amount of mashed avocado to your toast when finished toasting.
  • Peel and slice the eggs, and add as the next layer on the toast.
  • Top it all off with ground pepper and a few dashes of hot sauce!
