Oatmeal banana pancakes are a delicious, filling, and nutritious breakfast! These healthy pancakes are flour-free and refined sugar-free.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 2 Large Pans (If you are fancy and have a griddle for mass pancake production, you won't need 2 pans. 😉)
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Drizzle Organic Maple Syrup (Served as a drizzle on top of the pancakes.)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (minus the maple syrup) to the blender. Blend on high until a batter is formed.
  • Spray your large pans with a light coat of olive oil and then heat up the pan on medium heat.
  • Pour the batter onto the pan, forming little circles.
  • Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with a drizzle of organic maple syrup and devour while warm!
