These oatmeal banana pancakes make an extra special breakfast, especially when it’s the weekend! Treat your loved ones to a wholesome and filling morning meal made with love and only the best ingredients. Simply make the batter for the oatmeal banana pancakes in a blender and then conveniently pour it onto your pan. Using the blender reduces effort and mess, which is always appreciated!

Before moving into the recipe, I should note that these pancakes store well. In other words, you can meal prep these and store them in the fridge or freezer to reheat and enjoy later on.

Oatmeal Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients  

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Drizzle Organic Maple Syrup (Served as a drizzle on top of the pancakes.)

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients (minus the maple syrup) to the blender. Blend on high until a batter is formed.
  2. Spray your large pans with a light coat of olive oil and then heat up the pan on medium heat.
  3. Pour the batter onto the pan, forming little circles.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of organic maple syrup and devour while warm!

  • 2 Large Pans (If you are fancy and have a griddle for mass pancake production, you won't need 2 pans. 😉)
  • 1 Spatula
